Nigeria’s total number of COVID-19 cases soar to 25,133, 566 new cases recorded.

566 new COVID-19 cases were recorded yesterday according to NCDC, this recent addition sums up the total number of cases to 25,133, NCDC relayed this information through its Twitter handle.

The 566 cases were reported across 19 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), with eight deaths, and no new state has reported a case in the last 24 hours.

395 COVID-19 patients were discharged from various isolation centres across the country yesterday, which has brought the total number of discharged patients to 9,402.
